Heat pumps and battery storage training
Delivered by GTEC Training
It was identified within the “MCS Future Development of Skills” paper that some key technologies lack up-to-date training and assessment materials. This project will see the development of relevant learning outcomes and MCS training packages relating to two key growth areas: heat pumps and battery storage. As part of the project MCS will engage with the renewable heat sector to identify opportunities for rolling out the heat pumps training and facilitating the growth of this key area for delivery of the national net zero emissions target.
