21 January 2026, London: Responding to the publication of the Warm Homes Plan, Garry Felgate, CEO of The MCS Foundation, said: “The Warm Homes Plan reaffirms the Government’s commitment to clean heat and energy, and the additional funding to help more households access affordable energy in their homes is extremely welcome.”
