Veronica joined the MCS Foundation in April 2025 on secondment from MCS, where she has worked for over two years as a Project Manager with a focus on organisational digital transformation.
At MCS, she co-founded the Programme Management Office (PMO), supporting strategic initiatives and embedding governance frameworks.

Veronica began her career with an apprenticeship in the Engineering Security sector, completing a Level 4 qualification in Project Management. She has since become a Chartered professional with the Association for Project Management (APM) and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Engineering Management at the University of Leeds.

Her academic research explores digital tools, simulation, and process improvement in major project delivery, with the ambition of specialising in strategic planning and innovation within the MCS Group.
