Kate Eden-Franklin

Kate joined MCS in April 2023 and has progressed to People and Culture Manager. In this role, she oversees day-to-day people operations, employee relations, and recruitment, supporting the delivery of a high-performing, values-driven workplace across MCS and the MCS Foundation.
