Andrew was appointed as Programme Manager for the MCS Foundation in June 2024. He has worked in the retrofit sector within energy company obligations for over twelve years at E.ON Energy within their Energy Efficiency department. As a project manager, he helped deliver carbon savings against several regulatory obligations including CERT, CESP, ECO, HHCRO, Green Deal and Warm Home Discount.

Andrew previously worked in the Digital Inclusion sector where he built a strong understanding of the social responsibility sector, working with corporate funding partners including tech firms, banks and local and running grant funding initiatives.

Since graduating with a masters in international relations, where he focused on energy security, Andrew has been passionate about the protecting the environment. He strives to contribute both professionally and personally to our transition to a low carbon future.

Andrew enjoys working with stakeholders to achieve goals by reducing complex problems to simple manageable tasks, employing effective communication and promoting collaborative working.
