Rachel joined The MCS Foundation in 2024 as the first Grants Manager in the Programmes team. Rachel brings 10 years of experience in grant management, renewable energy and community engagement.

Rachel has previously worked at the Centre for Sustainable Energy as a Project Manager, overseeing large grant programmes to support the growth of the community and renewable energy sectors. She has also worked as a Senior Project Manager in environmental research and consulting and holds a Masters degree in Zoology from the University of Sheffield.

Rachel is passionate about addressing climate change and supporting the transition to renewable energy. In her role at MCS Foundation, she will be focused on delivering our mission through high quality and impactful grant programmes.
