Garry has over three decades of senior leadership experience across the private sector and civil society and in government advisory roles both as an executive and board member. His work has been focused on energy, climate and affordability both in the UK and internationally.

Among other experiences, he held senior business leadership roles, including at KPMG, the Carbon Trust, the Energy Retail Association and the Association for the Conservation of Energy, and non-executive and advisory positions for NGOs, Co-Ops and Local & National Government. He holds a BSc in Architectural Engineering and a PhD in Building Engineering. He is a Fellow of the Energy Institute and the RSA.
