Éilis joined the MCS Group as Communications & Marketing Director in September 2025 and leads all communications and marketing activity across The MCS Foundation and MCS Service Company.

Prior to joining, Éilis led impact-focused communications at environmental non-profit CDP, and more than a decade’s experience delivering impactful integrated campaigns at international, national and local levels.
