Sarah joined MCS in January 2019 as Helpdesk Manager and has since played a pivotal role in developing the organisation’s dedicated People and Culture function. As Head of People and Culture, she now leads the strategic direction of the people function across both MCS and the MCS Foundation, focusing on culture, leadership, organisational development, and employee experience.
